On July 29, 2001 my friends Alex, Lenny and I competed in and completed the IronmanUSA triathlon. It was an unbelievable experience and an amazing challenge. After 11 months of training and preparation, I completed the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run in under 13 hours.
